Both!  QT9 Inventory Manager can be a cloud-based solution where QT9 Software manages your data, and you connect through our client on your local machine.  You can also host QT9 Inventory Manager on your local network (server requirements can be provided by our sales team).

How long does implementation take?

Implementation time all depends on you.  We work at your pace with our unlimited training and implementation package.  You can begin using Inventory Manager in as soon as two months if your team is ready to go. Common obstacles include importing Bill of Materials, availability of your team for training, and IT readiness when hosting on-premise.

Can I use QT9 Inventory Manager to onboard suppliers?

Yes! Our Supplier Management module offers a portal for onboarding suppliers. 

Does QT9 Inventory Manager have a barcoding feature?

Yes! QT9 Inventory Manager offers barcoding. Users can create new or use existing barcodes to keep track of their entire inventory. Barcode scanning can also be used for bills and invoices. This feature speeds up stocktaking, improves efficiency and reduces errors.

Does QT9 Inventory Manager have an accounting module?

QT9 Inventory Manager syncs with QuickBooks desktop, QuickBooks online, Xero, or Sage 50, so you can view your accounting in one, centralized location. The software does not include its own accounting module.

Can I access QT9 Inventory Manager from multiple locations?

Yes, our cloud-based software solution enables users to access and use QT9 Inventory Manager across multiple locations. 

How does the Bill of Materials (BOM) application work?
